There are plenty of people you might not immediately think of whom you are allowed to transact with or manage investment in your Self-Directed IRA or Self-Directed Solo 401(k).

  • Non-family members and trusted friends
  • Aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins
  • In-laws
  • Brothers and sisters
  • Companies you or your family have less than 50% ownership
  • A property manager, restaurant manager, farmhand, handyman, or specialist who focuses on fixing day-to-day issues in your investment's area.
