What is Rocket Dollar's Refund Policy?

At Rocket Dollar, we are committed to providing our customers with a great experience and a fair refund policy.

If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your experience, you may request a refund by sending an email to Rocket Dollar Support (log into your dashboard to contact support) within 30 days of payment. We use this as an electronic record that you wish to discontinue service. 

Rocket Dollar will refund the full amount, less any hard cost fees incurred by Rocket Dollar. ex CO LLC $50 registration fee and $25 Registered Agent fee for the IRA LLC or Solo 401(k) plan document costs.

  • If you cancel after 30 days, Rocket Dollar will stop the recurring charge for compliance starting with the next calendar month.
  • Closing an account is quicker if the account is not yet funded. Please remain patient with our team if we need to send funds back to your previous IRA custodian. The request should be processed ASAP by our team, but some custodians can take 5-10 business days to receive and take note of funds. 
  • If you have funded your account and wish to transfer the funds to another financial institution or take a distribution, please contact Rocket Dollar Support by logging into your dashboard and clicking help in the bottom left-hand corner.
  • Please email the Rocket Dollar team and we will take care of your response promptly.

Rocket Dollar reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time and for any reason. If Rocket Dollar modifies the policy, your request will be honored under the condition and timing of your purchase on a rolling 30 days. After 30 days after a policy change, all new clients will be under the new refund policy.
