When our custodian records indicate that you have a balance that can be transferred to your bank account, an option will appear on your dashboard that will allow you to transfer the funds to your available bank accounts. Please note this is only for clients with a Grasshopper Bank account. If you are setup with a different bank provider, please contact our team for Direction of Investment Form.
Step 1: Select "Transfer Funds to Account"
Step 2: Select the appropriate bank account and enter the amount.
Step 3: Receive your transfer confirmation
